These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of suitxsports.com and to quotations, samples and orders accepted by Suit X Sports. A written quotation, invoice or signed agreement may contain additional terms; if there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written order terms take priority.
About Suit X Sports
Suit X Sports is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply teams, clubs, brands, retailers and individual customers, subject to product availability, order acceptance and destination restrictions.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing and order information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity authorized through your account.
Quotations and order acceptance
Website displays and discussions are invitations to request a quotation and do not guarantee acceptance. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive the required payment or deposit. Quote validity, currency, taxes, shipping and payment stages are stated in the quotation or invoice.
Minimum order quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design, unless a different quantity is agreed in writing. Sample and development orders may be priced separately.
Design approval
The customer must check names, numbers, spellings, logos, colors, sizes, quantities, placements and other specifications before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect price and schedule and may be impossible once materials or production have started.
Samples and production tolerances
A paid development or pre-production sample can be arranged where appropriate. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply to measurements, shade, print position and material batches. A material difference from an approved written specification will be reviewed under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Customer artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, image, name, number and design supplied to us. We may refuse content that appears unauthorized, unlawful or infringing. You retain rights in your pre-existing brand assets. Suit X Sports retains rights in its pre-existing templates, manufacturing methods, technical know-how and website content unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Pricing and payment
Prices may vary by fabric, construction, customization, quantity, packaging, destination and exchange rate. Payment terms and accepted methods are shown in the quotation or invoice. Production may be paused until a due payment or required approval is received.
Production, shipping and delays
Production and delivery estimates are provided after order review and are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. If a material delay occurs, we will communicate available options. Please also read our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Custom-order cancellation and return rules are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, interfere with service availability or use our content unlawfully. Product images and information may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suit X Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, transport interruption, customs action, labor disruption, public-health emergencies, conflict, government restrictions, utility failure or supplier interruption. The affected party should communicate promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, while any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith through written communication.
