Shipping Policy

Suit X Sports manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and supports delivery to customers worldwide. Production time and transit time are separate and are confirmed according to the product, quantity, customization and destination.

Order confirmation

Production begins only after the required payment, artwork and specifications have been received and the customer has approved the relevant mockup, sample or written order details.

Production estimates

We do not apply one fixed production time to every order. The estimated production schedule is provided in the quotation or order confirmation after we review product complexity, quantity, sizes, materials, printing or embroidery, labels, packaging and any sample requirement.

Shipping methods

We use an appropriate tracked courier, cargo or freight service according to the destination, parcel size, urgency and quotation. The carrier and service level will be confirmed before dispatch when applicable.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated from the packed weight, carton size, destination and service level. Unless the quotation states otherwise, shipping is charged separately from product and sample costs.

Transit and delivery estimates

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not production dates. Customs checks, remote-area delivery, weather, peak seasons, carrier disruption and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Where a significant delay becomes known, we will notify the customer and discuss a revised schedule or available options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking number or shipping reference after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier first receives the parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, permits and local customs requirements unless the written quotation or invoice specifically states that these costs are included. Customs authorities may request information directly from the recipient.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, phone number and any required tax or importer identification. Extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery or unclaimed parcel may be charged where permitted by law.

Loss or damage in transit

Please inspect packaging on delivery and keep it if there is damage. Contact us promptly with the order number, photos and any carrier report. We will work with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law. Our responsibility continues as required by applicable consumer law; different terms may apply when a business customer appoints its own carrier.

Split shipments

Samples and bulk goods, or different parts of a large order, may ship separately when agreed. Any additional cost will be disclosed before dispatch.
