This Privacy Policy explains how Suit X Sports (“we”, “us” or “our”), based in Sialkot, Pakistan, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit suitxsports.com, request a quotation, submit artwork, create an account or place an order.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, company or team name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, billing and shipping address, account details, order history, product requirements, sizes, quantities, artwork, logos, payment status and messages you send us. Our website may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and security logs.
How we use information
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotations, samples and digital mockups.
- To manufacture, personalize, quality-check, dispatch and support orders.
- To process payments and maintain accounting, customs and transaction records.
- To prevent fraud, secure the website and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To send service messages about an enquiry or order.
- To send marketing only where you have consented or applicable law otherwise permits it.
Legal bases where applicable
Depending on your location, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or because you have given consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.
Payments and order data
Payment details are handled by the payment method or provider selected at checkout or agreed in the invoice. We may receive transaction references, payment status and limited account information, but we do not intentionally store complete card details on our website.
Who we share information with
We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, including website hosting, WooCommerce and WordPress services, email and security providers, payment processors, couriers, freight agents, customs authorities, professional advisers and manufacturing partners involved in your order. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may keep the site working, remember cart or account choices, support security and help us understand website performance. You can control non-essential cookies through available cookie settings or your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect checkout or account features.
International transfers
Because we manufacture in Pakistan and serve customers worldwide, information may be processed in countries different from your own. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual, technical or organizational safeguards.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed, and order, payment, customs and accounting records for the period required by applicable law or legitimate warranty, dispute and fraud-prevention needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on certain personal information, object to some processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or contractual reasons. To make a request, email info@suitxsports.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for businesses, teams and customers aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, technology or legal requirements. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
