What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per design. Different products, colors or size mixes may affect the quotation, so send the full requirement for confirmation.
Where are you located?
Suit X Sports is based in Sialkot, Pakistan, a major sportswear and sporting-goods manufacturing center.
What products can you manufacture?
We manufacture custom team uniforms, training wear, fitness wear, casual and streetwear, outerwear and related customized apparel. Availability is confirmed after reviewing the design and technical requirements.
Do you provide free mockups?
Yes. Once the product requirements are clear, we can prepare a digital mockup for design review. Physical samples, patterns and special development may have a separate cost.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A development or pre-production sample can be arranged. Sample price, available size and shipping are quoted according to the product and destination.
What information should I send for a quotation?
- Product type and reference images or tech pack.
- Required quantity and size breakdown.
- Logo files, colors, names and numbers.
- Fabric, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging requirements.
- Delivery country, postal code and target date.
Which customization methods are available?
Depending on the product, options may include sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, cut-and-sew panels, custom labels and packaging. We will recommend a suitable method for the design and intended use.
Can you add my private label or brand packaging?
Yes. Private labels, size labels, hang tags and custom packaging can be quoted. Please provide artwork, dimensions, material preferences and quantities.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on product complexity, quantity, materials, customization, approvals and sampling. We provide an estimated schedule after reviewing the complete order instead of applying one fixed promise to every product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We support worldwide shipping through an appropriate tracked courier, cargo or freight service. Shipping cost and estimated transit time depend on destination, packed weight and service level.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes, sizes can normally be mixed within the confirmed order quantity. Send the exact size breakdown before production approval.
How do payments work?
Payment stages, currency and method are confirmed in the quotation or invoice. Production starts after the required payment and approvals have been received.
Can I change the design after approval?
Tell us immediately. Changes may be possible before material sourcing or production starts. After production begins, a change may increase cost, delay the order or require a remake.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, description, photos or video. We will review the issue under our Refund & Returns Policy.
