Everything starts with a conversation, not a form. Your account manager collects your sport, squad sizes, colourways, logo files, and the date you need boxes on the ground.
Our in-house studio builds a full-colour digital mockup of every garment in your order — front, back, and sleeve views. No generic templates. Every concept is drawn from scratch on your chosen silhouette.
We select fabric from certified mills based on your sport and climate, then dye a lab dip to confirm the colour matches your brand before a single metre is committed.
Before bulk production begins, we make one physical sample garment and ship it to you. You wear it, wash it, stretch it. Only when you approve the sample does the line start.
Cut-and-sew production runs under a dedicated QA lead who signs off on measurements, colour accuracy, and seam integrity. Every garment passes a twelve-point inspection before it is folded.
Finished goods are polybagged, labelled, and boxed by size before leaving the floor. Choose express air freight or consolidated sea shipping, with full tracking to your door.
